Gynae-Oncology
The Gynae-Oncology Module manages the complete workflow for gynae-oncology patients, from initial referral through to final discharge. Designed for flexibility, it functions seamlessly across both public health services and private practice environments. Every stage of a woman’s care journey is captured using the same highly structured data format that defines Gynaecology Plus. From the moment of referral, users can record all relevant events, including initial consultations, MDT meetings, surgeries, colposcopies, post-operative reviews, cancer follow-ups, and more. The module also supports detailed recording of pathology results, evolving diagnoses, adjuvant therapy summaries, and pre-referral investigations. The use of structured data provides the same core advantages found across all Gynaecology Plus sub-specialty modules. These include: - Single-click letters for rapid correspondence - Automated updates of event notes into hospital EMRs - Paperless, fully integrated MDT meetings The module is fully integrated with the NCSR and will soon support automatic updates to the NGOR. Additional tools include advanced search and data extraction, seamless data export to third-party analytics platforms, and a powerful custom report writer. This functionality has been developed, and continues to evolve, in close collaboration with a leading Australian Gynae-Oncologist, ensuring the module remains clinically relevant, comprehensive, and user-focused.
